Private Photo Classes & Field Trips

I am available for private classes or workshops. This is the ultimate learning experience for 1 to 3 people. You’ll receive a quality, productive and fun photography experience!

How it works...This program is ideally suited for 1 to 3 photographers. Photographers choose the areas they want to visit and/or me make suggestions too. Some popular areas include:

Ouray, Colorado (wildflowers best in late July; fall color in late Sept/early Oct)

Antelope Slot Canyons in Arizona (best in spring or fall)

Colorado Nat. Monument in Grand Junction area (spring or fall)

Fall Colors in Southwest Colorado (late Sept or early Oct)

Bosque del Apache in New Mexico (Dec or Jan)

You are not limited to the above areas; they just serve as examples. Length of the program can vary from 1 day to 3 or more. Obviously, a one day program would be limited to the Grand Junction area. 

Fees...The basic fee is $500 for the first day and $400 for each extra day, for 1 person. For 2 persons, add $100 per day. For 3 persons, add $150 per day.

Notes...The basic fee includes all instruction and help by Steve. Lodging and meals are not included. These are full days, usually from early morning to late evening. Besides field instruction, Steve can review portfolios, show instructional programs, etc. You can structure your time with Steve most any way you desire. Every situation is different, so contact Steve for a firm quote. A 50% deposit holds your dates; balance due 30 days prior.
