Fay Timmerman and Steve Traudt have been celebrating quilting and photography for 30 years!
Fay Timmerman-Traudt is an internationally known fiber artist whose innovative art quilts can be seen under the Tangled Threads link above. She also paints in oil and is the creator of the unique T-Bag. Fay teaches a variety of art and fiber classes and also manages the new Colorado Canyons Gallery located in downtown Grand Junction.
Steve Traudt is a fine art photographer and photography teacher in Grand Junction, Colorado where he conducts classes and workshops locally as well as western Colorado and eastern Utah. He is known for his clear and enthusiastic teaching style and ability to explain complicated subjects in easy to understand terms. Steve also offers remote consulting for photography and software.
His Synergistic Visions photographs have been exhibited extensively around the world while earning many awards. His magazine articles have appeared in various publications while his photographs have appeared in several calendars and books. He taught photography for 18 years at Colorado Mesa University and now teaches through his SynVis Photo Academy at Colorado Canyons Gallery.
Both Steve and Fay’s art can be seen at Colorado Canyons Gallery. Fay also has work at Oakley Gallery in downtown Grand Junction.
